Overview

Anything that involves an aging or fermentation process has mold in it. Alcohol beverages are made by aging and fermenting grains and fruits into beers and wines. Fermentation equals mold. The yeast mold is often added to speed up the process.

The research on the effects of alcohol on the human body can be applied to the effects of mold on the human body, including fetal alcohol syndrome. The National Institute of Health listed 'consumption of alcohol beverages' as "known to be a human carcinogen" in it's 11th Report on Carcinogens . I will show you why the effects of alcohol beverages on the human body, and the toxic effects of mold fungi on the human body, are so similar.

This is why alcohols dehydrate you and give you cotton mouth. The research on the effects directly equate to the effects of mold on the human body, even fetal alcohol and other birth defects.

A lot more will be added to this section as time allows.
